Here at Morita Orthodontics we strive to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits within your budget. Working hard to serve the people of Aiea and Honolulu, we offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. Read below as we thoroughly explain our various orthodontic options.
Insurance is a great way to receive the benefit of a high quality treatment at lowered costs to your personal income. If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, we will work alongside you and your insurance provider to give you the treatment you deserve. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. While we of course want to take care of you and your smile, it is important to remember that insurance policies vary, so not all treatments are covered. Due to this, we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action.
We are a preferred provider for Hawaii Dental Service, Delta Dental, Military Tricare, MetLife, and TriCare Active Duty. Once treatment has started, we will gladly submit your claims pertaining to charges for care rendered in our office.
Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges. Of course, we will still work with you to find out what options are available for you with your new policy.
In the event that you are not covered by insurance but are still seeking orthodontic treatment, we can still work ways to get you that straighter smile. We accept Visa and MasterCard, as well as offer in-house financing with interest-free payment plans.
Our financial specialists will work with you to make sure an acceptable payment structure is reached. Aside from our financing, we would also like you to know we do offer certain discounts. If you commit to full payment at the start of treatment, there will be a discount available to you upon processing. Secondly, if you bring in multiple siblings for treatment, we offer a discount here as well.
For those of you who serve in the armed forces for our country, we at Morita Orthodontics would liketo personally thank you. We too have a number of close friends who are military dentists and specialists, so we understand the many sacrifices military members and their fam
ilies make every day. Due to these selfless acts for freedom and our country, Morita Orthodontics is proud to provide treatment to those men and women in service. We take TriCare Insurances for both active members and dependents. We want to make your experience as rewarding as possible and help you to have a wonderful and memorable time in Hawaii.
If you would like to learn more about insurances, coverage policies, or payment plans, please contact us at our Honolulu location or our Aiea location with your specific question, and we will get back to you with an answer shortly. We are happy to work with you to ensure that your smile is taken care of and we hope to see you soon!
RE: COVID-19 (Coronavirus)
To our valued patients,
In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), President Trump, the American Dental Association and the Hawaii Dental Association are recommending all dentists postpone nonemergency dental procedures for 2 weeks. Our practice is committed to protecting the community and avoiding using valuable resources that our first responders and frontline healthcare providers will need.
Our office will be closed effective today, Wednesday, March 18, and we plan to resume regular hours on Wednesday, April 1. If you are experiencing a true dental emergency including swelling or severe tooth pain, please call your general dentist office, and listen closely as emergency contact info will be available. For all nonemergent questions, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are so sorry for the burden this places on your schedules, but your continued health and safety are our number one priority. Our office is working diligently to reschedule all patients with existing appointments within the next 2 weeks. We will continue to evaluate the situation as it evolves and determine on a weekly basis when it is appropriate for us to return to normal orthodontic patient care. We ask for your compassion and understanding at this time as we all work together to keep Hawaii healthy.
